Côtes du Roussillon Villages AOC, black Grenache (60 %), Syrah (30 %) and Carignan (10 %). An old vineyard planted on a soil shaley, south exposure at 300 metres of altitude. This wine reveals a powerful and complex nose with very ripe fruit aromas. The mouth is silky and voluminous, with the tannins present but flexible. It will brilliantly on the prepared dishes slightly doses in spices, on a rack of lamb with herbs, on a tournedos... and on cheese. Serve at 15°.

Two stars (10)
(1) It has a deep red dress with purple tints. Nose with very ripe exotic fruits. On the palate the wine is clear, well structured, combining the classic fruit aromas and spices, dark chocolate. A beautiful complete bottle.
(2) It is in 2004 that Ugo Arguti has abandoned the castle life, the white limestone and the soft landscape of Saint-Emilion to be winemaker in the wild land of black schist of Maury. Since then, he talks about Grenache and Syrah and proposed this dark wine, full ripe cherries and scents of violets, caressed by the wood. Of silky tannins, a fleshy fruit, a superb volume and a relieved by a final tip of spicy: you will fall in love with this wine...
(3) Young with violet tints. Vanilla oaky nose end against a backdrop of black currants, gooseberries. Fleshy, full, that seduces with its marriage of vanilla and fruit. Roussillon a fresh and balanced. Fresh and harmonious wines of Roussillon.
(4) Deep red with purplish highlights. Nose engaging, fruity and crispy, spicy hints and meat notes. An ample and powerful wine with a good balance. A beautiful work which ages certainly.
(5) Concentrated color, young appearance. Refined vanilla oak, floral-backed, bigarreau cherry nose. Heady, supple, velvety mouthfeel, supported by quality, melted oak. Peony and fresh black fruit drive the finish. Seduction is the major calling card here.
(6) Rich color. Pure, between sweet spices, fruit stone and tapenade. Fine mouth, finely engraved body, who seduced by its volume, its density aromatic and combines typical aromatic and power. All the complexity and richness of Roussillon.(7) Garnet with light reflections fuchsia , Ugo this wine comes from a majority of Grenache associated with Syrah, Carignan with extra . The nose , wide open on the berries is enhanced with a nice vanilla oak (eighteen months in barrel). Frank mouth unfolds its fruity and sweet spices generously. The soft finish is marked by a well-controlled wooded . Mets : sweetbread with truffles.
(8) This blend of Grenache (60%) and Syrah (30%) and Carignan reveals an intense nose of ripe fruit and vanilla. Roundness and freshness are waiting for you in a full body , built on dense tannins and sustained vanilla oak. Serve stew of lamb .
(9) A beautiful colored juice, eniter, with chewy book that wild notes. Its dynamic grain relief . From half guard.
(10) After 18 months of maturing in barrels, all the complexity of this cuvée manifests itself during tasting. Under an almost black garnet robe, it has aromas of black fruits, hints of flint, toast and liquorice. Complex, certainly. The power characterizes the ample and persistent matter, perfectly structured.
